Meet the local operators
Sally and Neil McCulloch
When you call IceIceMaybe, you talk to us — the people responsible for the local relationship.

We’re Sally and Neil McCulloch, and we run the Central Texas operation. When you call about a machine, you are not being passed to a distant department. You are talking to us, and we are accountable for what happens next.
We are not here simply to sell you a piece of equipment. The point of the arrangement is to keep your operation supplied with ice while the maintenance, covered repairs and eventual replacement remain our responsibility under your agreement.
A little about us
What we bring to the conversation
We have more than 30 years of experience in the Austin business area. Our backgrounds include teaching, engineering and construction.
Those backgrounds shape how we work. We explain the choices clearly, and we pay attention to what your site can actually support rather than starting with a model number on a page.
Our approach is built around long-term relationships and local service. A leasing relationship only works when the people responsible remain accountable after the equipment is installed.
We describe our backgrounds as they are, without turning them into technical credentials we have not claimed. If you want to know who performs installation and service work, ask us and we will give you a straight answer.
Why local matters
What changes when you know who is responsible
You know who to call
You raise the problem with the same local operators who discussed the arrangement with you. We stay accountable for the answer.
Your site is part of the decision
We look at where the machine can go and what that space can support before equipment is specified.
We are still here after installation
A service arrangement continues after the equipment arrives. That ongoing responsibility is the point of leasing rather than buying the machine outright.
We will tell you when it is not a fit
Leasing is not automatically right for every business. Tell us how your operation works and we will give you a direct answer.
The company behind the model
How this fits with IceWorks
We operate within the IceWorks network. IceWorks is the broader commercial ice-machine company, while IceIceMaybe is our locally operated Central Texas property.
IceIceMaybe does not manufacture ice machines. Equipment is commercial ice-machine equipment supplied through the IceWorks network.
The split is straightforward: IceWorks provides the wider company and service model; we run the local relationship here. For company-level information, we link to IceWorks directly rather than paraphrasing it.

No model number needed. Give us the practical picture and we will tell you what makes sense — including if leasing is not the right fit.
